The Scorer Tool walks you through five steps.
1. Queue
Section titled “1. Queue”Your matches are sorted into “On court now” (live, pulsing red), “Paused”, “Up next”/“Scheduled”, and “Completed”. Depending on where a match stands, you tap “Start match”, “Start early” (no scheduled time yet), “Resume scoring”, or “View result”.
2. Check-in
Section titled “2. Check-in”For each side you toggle between Arrived/Waiting. Explicitly optional — “Check-in is optional — you can continue without it”. Continue with “Continue to toss →”.
3. Toss
Section titled “3. Toss”“Who serves first?” — the rule summary is shown at the top (e.g. “First to 2 sets · 11 pts · deuce”). Tap the serving player’s name, optionally set which side plays where, and “Start match” actually starts the game.
4. Live
Section titled “4. Live”Two large tap zones (name, score) — tapping counts a point. A badge at the top shows the current state: “Set point”, “Match point”, “Deuce”, “Adv”, “Set N”. “⋯ Match options” gives you: undo the last point, log a note/delay (rain, medical, equipment, crowd), switch serve, end a set manually, pause the match (back to the queue as “Paused”), toggle colorblind-friendly colors — and “End & submit result”.
5. Submit
Section titled “5. Submit”“Result submitted” (delivered) or “Result saved on this device” (still buffered), plus the winner line and the set-by-set score. “Back to matches” takes you back to the queue.
