Creating a tournament

On /tournaments you’ll find your tournament list and the button that starts a new one. The wizard has three steps.

First you choose between Sport (courts, a scorer enters results at the table) and Esports (lobbies, results are self-reported by the participants, in-game names, map veto for titles that have a map pool).

You pick the sport or title from a filtered list, plus where it’s played (LAN or online). The discipline brings sensible defaults with it — team size, whether teams play by default — which you can still override in the next step.

  • Name (required)
  • Description — shown on the public tournament page
  • “Teams compete, not individuals” — checkbox

After submitting, you land back on /tournaments — open the new card to switch into that tournament’s dashboard. Sensible next steps: add players (Participants, groups, and stages) and set the rules for a match (Formats & rules).
