Account & TAP-ID

Registering

First name, last name, email, password → “Create account”. Then you’ll see “Check your email” — the link in it confirms your address.

Signing in

Email + password → “Sign in”. On the web version there’s also “Continue with Discord”, if the organizer has enabled Discord login.

What the TAP-ID is

There is only one account: the same email/password combination (or Discord sign-in) works in the Player Hub exactly as it does in the Organizer Dashboard. Signing in once sets both sessions at the same time.

Note

An unconfirmed email address doesn’t block sign-in — it just doesn’t automatically get linked to roster entries created under the same address. That way nobody accidentally inherits the identity of someone with the same name.

Web vs. app

Discord sign-in is currently only available on the web version — it needs a redirect through Discord’s login page that the native app doesn’t handle yet. Registering, signing in, and email confirmation work the same on web and app.
